The model xScan-2 is The quality of the image has been improved thanks to a sensor CMOS. The local p0wer source of the diapositives/film in strip has been redesigned so as to be able it to move in ahead and behind. The sensor of image CMOS allows to catch up a scanning speed of 1 second. The connection to the computer happens through taken USB 2.0 and some connection to the electric current is not necessary. This xScan-2 means a 35mm slide or negative is being scanned in one shot and not line by line through the CCD line sensor.
